Firebird Bakes is a local Minnesotan bakery owned by a 9 year-old named Phoenix. we started as a little bakery called Buttercream Bakery and they mostly got orders from Phoenix’s school so we made deliveries on the school bus! So we had done some birthdays, some parties, but everyone was asking why we named our bakery Buttercream Bakery and we thought about it and we realized that we didn’t use buttercream a lot so we changed the name to Buttery Bakery but we weren’t getting a lot of orders so we went to North Carolina to see a website developer who was also part of our family so we went back to Minnesota and started to work on this website and then we realized that Buttery Bakery and Buttercream Bakery were already bakeries in California so that’s how we got the name Firebird Bakes! And we would love to bake your order next!
